I just tried the free version from your website and I am impressed.
However, while testing, I saw that when a recipient clicks on the play button, a new window opens and from there the recipient need to click it again to hear the message.

Can you make the Audio play within the email itself without needing to open another window?
-if you could do it, it would be an awesome product I would keep.
