Q: Customising wording for customer feedback recordings

I have questions about the module for receiving customer recordings.
1. Can I edit all text that's displayed next to the record button? For example, provide instructions.
2. Can I set additional fields that are captured from customers when they record audio? For example, a name and email address.
2. Can I limit the recording time? For example, the recording stops after 15 seconds.
3. Can the output be sent via a webhook to tools like make.com and Zapier?

A: You can change the text :) But you can't add more fields for the time being.

You also can't limit the recording time for now and you can indeed use webhooks to send the data further. You have to email us at team@vocal.email with your webhook url and we'll set it up for you.
