I think it would be a big help to all of your customers, if we could type a message (in our email, etc.) and have that email text converted into an AI voice (that sounds good) and attach the AI voice using "Vocal". Good morning, Per transcription: I send numerous Vocals to our sorority members and you can imagine the misspelling of Greek terms that occur. Is there a way to increase the accuracy of transcripts or do I have to manually change the transcript before sending the Vocal? Is there documentation that helps me understand the options? Also, I upgraded to Tier 2 but have not activated it yet. It says I can add a team member. What exactly does that mean? Will they have access to Vocal with their email or access to my account? Also, with tier 2, I am entitled to color, font, themes, etc. Is that true for person 2? If there is documentation that spells this out, please point me to it - especially if you have answered this a zillion times. Thank you, LadyB~
Quick question: In my use case I’d like to have VAs on my team sending vocal notes but I want them to be able to use an AI-voice instead of their own. Is this possible? I don’t mind a bit of a workaround if necessary. Thanks
Hello, Is it possible to integrate your service with customer support services like Done Done, ThriveDesk, Support Genix and FluentSupport to start? I had a client recently injured their hand and they could not type so we sent voice messages and it would be great to increase accessibility by including the option for voice messages at set lengths: 15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds. I am looking at expanded purpose without having multiple chatbots on a webpage. Cheers!
