Q: Hi, How is this different than Sendspark (or vumu)?
2) is there a way I can set up voice messages as auto-responders so that I can send a copy of the link and anyone with that link can play it or only those I give email access to it?
3) Is it on your roadmap that you will have an online SaaS so that every one on any provider including Yahoo mail will be able to play the message instantly without having to first download the message onto your hard drive?
4) in how many years respectively do you think it will be before you have an auto-responder feature for this and will we have access to that feature with or "unlimited" like single tier which you have for a user (currently), will such a feature be included one day?
5) will this ever come to icloud.com in the next 3 years you think? Or is apple implementation to hard to work with?

May 15, 2024A: Hey,
1. We're focusing on voice messages only, no video. But otherwise, you'll actually find some similar features between us and some of the video-based competitors you mentioned.
2. You can of course record a message once and save the link / image to embed it in an auto-response email.
3. This is already the case. We have an online app where voice notes can be played without any download needed. Our customers decide if they prefer the link or mp3 (or both!).
4. We don't plan on adding email automations such as mail-merge or auto responders. But as I mentioned, you can already embed a voice note in your Gmail / outlook auto responder. Happy to provide you with a tutorial, just email: team@vocal.email and mention "Auto responder".
5. Apple is on our list but indeed, for now it's a lot of trouble for not much value. So 3 years is definitely reasonable, hopefully before that though :)
