- When the attachment is included, can we include how long does the audio last? (many people might run away!)

We don't offer white labelling of domains for the time being :)
We also don't offer tracking of whether or not a message has been heard for privacy reasons. But we are considering it.
Not sure I understand your question about the audio length for attached mp3 files? People can see how long the message lasts when they click on it.
The name of the attachment can indeed be changed in the last step before closing the Vocal pop up :)
