Q: I use different email clients such as Spark, but honestly, at the end of the day, with about 20 different ...
email accounts to manage, I would like a macOS Menubar app that would allow me to click it, click a mailbox to send from and then just address (recipient(s) from my system address book), record and send... Do you foresee this functionality coming? This would be incredibly helpful.
Another feature that might be even better is that instead of sending THROUGH the Menubar app, it would generate an email body that could be simply pasted into ANY email client... Frankly this second option feels like it would be better and more flexible.

We have such a feature in our Chrome extension where you can paste the voice note anywhere but don't have a MacOs app yet. We don't plan on launching that in the next months unfortunately but it is a good idea and would allow our app to be used more flexibly, so we might get back to that in the Spring :)
Thank you. It would be exceptionally helpful as I've tried to use voice notes over the years, but there has never been a very convenient method for doing this that is friendly in / for emails in such a way that makes such notes feel cohesive and like "first class citizens" via email. With your expression of commitment I will seriously consider investing in your offering.
For what it's worth, I suspect it can be used in Windows taskbar/system tray as well similar to how CloudApp / Zight works, but obviously for dedicated voice email composition.
Also have you considered adding voice transcription in conjunction with this? I wouldn't want the transcripts to be read instead of the voice message being listened to, but I would like for it to be an option for folks who perhaps cannot / don't want to play audio for one reason or another... The MacWhisper app is very robust and while it's not ideal to emulate what they do, it does offer an idea of how to incorporate a model and perform the task in an integrated fashion on the system so as to maintain a degree of privacy and to reduce your own server load.
Transcription is something we already offer as a side feature (besides the voice note) so people can read through it if they don't want to listen :)
Completely agree with you, we don't want the transcription to replace the audio, just to be next to it for convenience.
