Hey this is an old version of our player :) We now have a new audio player, that\u0027s why it\u0027s different :) You can change the color and other settings of the player in the app settings at app.vocal.email :)

Q: I’m trying to play an audio message from an email, but the audio player isn’t appearing correctly.

In the demo, the audio player looks like this: https://ibb.co/YT2pfHPX
But when I click the audio message in my email, I’m getting this version instead: https://ibb.co/trrmWBb

It doesn’t show the proper audio player UI.

How can I fix this or change it to display the correct audio player?

A: Hey this is an old version of our player :) We now have a new audio player, that's why it's different :) You can change the color and other settings of the player in the app settings at app.vocal.email :)
