This is a great question. In my case, and probably other user, with API access ou via webhook we could send an e-mail with our voice whenever someone subscribes to one of our services, or buy a product from our store.
If we have the ability to create a voice message "template" to be used multiple times, our customers would receive this email automaticaly uppon purchase, 5⭐️ experience.👏🏼

Got it! For this you can simply use any emailing automation service you're already using (Mailchimp, ...) and when you create the template for the email, just embed the voice message in there.

Vocal attaches voice messages to emails, but we don't send the emails for you :) We're not an emailing platform, we integrate with emailing tools.
