Q: Issue with my purchase
Hello,
Im running into a weird issue with Vocal.email
Problem:
I can start a recording, but:
No sound waves appear while recording
Playback is completely silent
The app shows “Can’t hear anything” / no input detected
Important context:
I’m using a Blue Yeti X microphone
The mic works perfectly in:
Zoom
Other recording apps
System input settings (levels are active)
In Vocal.email, the Yeti X is detected and selectable
Microphone permissions are fully enabled in Chrome
What I’ve already tried:
Reset Chrome microphone permissions
Switched between Yeti X and built-in mic
Refreshed and restarted Chrome
Confirmed mic input is working at the system level
What’s confusing:
The mic clearly works everywhere else
Vocal.email sees the mic — but seems to get zero input signal (no waveform at all)
