Q: Looks intriguing.
A couple of questions:
1. Do you know if using this negatively impacts email deliverability?
2. How secure are the recordings and how long are they stored for?
3. Does the end recipient have to download the audio file or can they listen to it within the email?

1. It does not from what we know. It's like sending an image or an attachment. Still, we don't recommend sending voice notes to people you've never interacted with as this can be seen as weird. They're much more useful as a response tool (not cold outreach).
2. All recordings are encrypted and accessible only to you and the recipient. They're stored for as long as you want but you can delete them at any point.
3. The recipient can of course listen to the audio message directly within the email on all major email providers (Outlook & Gmail). Less popular providers like hotmail require downloads :/ But the clickable link is also an option and that works everywhere of course.
