A few quick questions:
1 - Can we send this from multiple gmail addresses?
2 - In addition to free gmail accounts, we also have Google Workspace, so we can send VM here as well?
3 - Could we record one voice message and send to multiple contacts or to a list?
Like an announcement to our members or a reminder for an upcoming event etc.
4 - Could we embed it in our newsletter?

May 14, 2024A: Thanks for the questions and sorry for the slow response (I'm somehow not getting the notifications anymore!).
1. Vocal works per account, so you can create multiple accounts for different gmail addresses but they will all be separate accounts with separate subscriptions.
2. Google Workspace is fully supported of course (in fact most customers use that)
3. Yes, you can use Vocal with any Mail merge service that works in Gmail or jus directly send your message to multiple recipients). We send out our monthly newsletter as a voice message for example.
4. Yes, we do this ourselves. You can copy/paste an existing voice message from our web app and embed it in any email.
