WhitneyLAQ: Not having folders and tracking in Tier 1 and 2 is holding me back from purchasing as well.
Seems like those 2 things + the ability to customize font and color should be foundational features across all tiers while the higher tiers focus on number of team members and custom domain.
Question: when you use a custom domain, does that mean our server would be hosting the files?

No no, with a custom domain, we'll still be hosting the files :)
+1 for folders organization even in lower tiers, this should be a universal UI improvement to organize data, not realted to tier as it's not a feature :)
