Hi there, I wanted to follow up on your question after receiving further clarification from our technical team. Voiceform is hosted on AWS, and as a result has strong encryption for your content in transit and at rest. The servers are located in the United States.

Unfortunately for health surveys in Canada, the data needs to stay in Canada so will not be able to use it. I will certainly buy a code to support the platform as it looks like a well designed and well-implemented tool :)
