Q: Although the product is excellent and continually updated, it seems to me that there is a problem with branding (tochat.
be x chatwith.io) as well as UX and user experience, which, honestly, are not up to the tool's standards. It's all very confusing and with amateur in-house design, 90s style. Do you have plans to improve this part?
