Q: Why are reminders not available for my country?
Hi one of the main reasons I bought this deal was because of the reminders feature. I clicked on it and it said "No available in your country". I live in Nigeria. If this is not available, them I want a refund please

A: Hola, - No hacemos Chatbots dentro de Whatsapp. El Chabot está en el widget. - Para entrenar la IA usamos texto y la web (sitemap). - Puedes hacer campañas directamente a WhatsApp pero no tendrás tracking de conversiones. - Con WhatsApp Business no tienes la API y está más limitado.

Do I need a saparate WhatApp API key (from you). Since I am an agency do I need to purchase a saparate API key for each of my clients or just one whatsApp key is enough for that. How much is that? And if there is any sending limits?

A: Hi, we can do a call anytime. WhatsApp API is something you need to attach to each customer individually in a separated account. We can not host several WhatsApp API inside one account. 1. Reminders for bookings are included but we use our own WhatsApp API. 2. You can set your own reminders with our webhook. Webhook > Make | Zapier | Pabbly > WhatsApp API 3. You can use everything else with WhatsApp API but it is not included in the deal.
