Q: Bulk messaging
Hi, does this tool work for
1. bulk messaging? If yes, any additional costs beside whatsapp api?
2. 1 on 1 chat/messaging (two way)?

For Bulk Messaging and Chat 1/1 you need WhatsApp API and the inbox.
The subscription is 500€ x year. That covers everything and it is unlimited but it is not included in the LTD.
