Q: Details about the Meta API
Hi
I want to offer this for my clients which is primarily for their Whatsapp bulk messaging.
What are the costs for doing this eg is there a cost for the API as I saw online that Meta charge per month. If this is correct, is it for 1 master account for each (sub) account.
Are there any other costs we need to consider ?

1. To send bulk messages you need to setup a number for your clients. that requires access to their facebook business manager, setup a new number and have access to their account. Is not easy.
2. Another option is to send the messages from your number. That option is risky because the reputation of your clients can impact you and clients may require support.

What I recommend.
1. If your client wants bulk messaging using whatsapp, to setup an account, get WhatsApp API and then you help them managing the account and templates.
2. But there is no easy way to setup a service from your agency to send bulk messaging on behalf of your clients.
