On your AppSumo overview, the following features are unclear:
1. Automated reminders
– Do you support automatic WhatsApp reminders?
– Are these native or only via WhatsApp API templates?
– Can they be triggered by time or user actions?
2. Recurring messages
– Can messages be scheduled or repeated (e.g. daily/weekly)?
– Are there limits (volume, time windows, API restrictions)?
3. Campaigns / Broadcasts
– Do you support sending messages to multiple contacts?
– How does it work (lists, segmentation, templates)?
– Does this require WhatsApp Business API?
Also clarify:
– Which features are included in the AppSumo deal
– Which depend on external services (API, Meta fees)
Please answer clearly and specifically.

We keep everything as simple as possible.
1. Reminders for bookings are included but we use our own WhatsApp API.
2. You can set your own reminders with our webhook. Webhook > Make | Zapier | Pabbly > WhatsApp API
3. You can use everything else with WhatsApp API but it is not included in the deal.
