Hi Mike,\u000a\u000aHow are these handled/what we’d like to see for Agency/Power user (we are looking at Tier 4. Thanks\u000a\u000a1. Ability to limit the total, umber of responses per survey/quiz.\u000aAlso needed is to be able to have a page that we/they can customize that will be shown when the (example) 1,000:responses are received.\u000a\u000a2. Ability to pull data from URL string. The ability to pass data into a survey/quiz that can either be shown visibly or passed along hidden with the survey/quiz data.\u000a\u000a3. Ability to grab data via API to include in survey/quiz.\u000aIf someone comes in from a link, for example surveynoodle.com/survey23/?id\u003D321789 then we can look them up via api and include information visibly in the survey or hidden and passed along with the survey/quiz data.

I’m happy to dive into the details:\u000a\u000a1.\u0009Limiting Total Responses/Custom Page: We don’t currently support limiting the number of responses per survey/quiz, but I see the value in this feature. I’d be happy to prioritize this on our product roadmap to fast\u002Dtrack its development.\u000a2.\u0009Pulling Data from URL String: This functionality is available. URL parameters are passed as hidden “answers” and can either be viewed at the end of the survey or used in conditional logic. You can also reference these parameters directly within the survey using liquid\u002Dlike syntax (e.g., {{@user_id}}).\u000a3.\u0009API Data Inclusion: This is another great idea! While we don’t currently have this feature built into the platform, many users pass in a user_id or campaign data via URL parameters, which can be joined in a data pipeline outside of the survey. I’d love to hear more about your specific use case to brainstorm potential solutions and see if we can incorporate this feature down the line.

I just wanted to follow up on your request regarding setting a maximum number of responses per survey. We deployed that feature this morning, and it’s now available under the “Info” tab for each survey.
