Q: For the chatbot, when visitors answer his name is "John" and then chatbot automatically ask next question ...
"Thanks John, now what's your phone number?" , can we set a delay (2-4sec) before next questions are asked in the chat widget ? So that it looks more natural like human reply . If the next question is too fast, it looks like a not is dealing with them and people don't like bot.
