DocyQ: Great Platform - API Question
Amazing Platform.
A quick qauestion. I am agency. I would like to set up following for my clients:
Automatic service reminders, automatic follow ups, bulk messaging.
Do I need a saparate WhatApp API key (from you).
Since I am an agency do I need to purchase a saparate API key for each of my clients or just one whatsApp key is enough for that.
How much is that?
And if there is any sending limits?

Apr 21, 2026A: Hi, we can do a call anytime. WhatsApp API is something you need to attach to each customer individually in a separated account. We can not host several WhatsApp API inside one account. We recommend to setup one account if the client wants WhatsApp API. One you can do that you can setup the licence. Each WhastApp API is 25€ x month.
