Q: Hello, about branding of whatsapp notifications, after booking for example
As an agency imagine we have a restaurant as a client with a booking widget. Their client will book a table for tonight and receive a notification by whatsapp.. What will be the name on this notification chat instead of chatwith notification? The name of our agency or can we set the name of the restaurant (and so for each of our clients their respective name)

Hi Cesar! Is it possible to create a generic branding for the Whatsapp Notificacion? Otherwise white label is pointless for bookings as it takes one Google Search to find what is Chatwith and bypass the agency as people see the price and not the value.

As an idea, I've used a similar service before and they have a different fake generic name on their notification name like "WA Message" and set up a website calling themselves a whatsapp message packages 100, 500 or 1000, so the final user saw they have a benefit by hiring the agency.

Hi. There are two options to prevent our notifications being sent.
1. You can add your own WhatsApp API for the WhatsApp notifications but it is complex and the setup is pricy.
2. You can disable the WhatsApp notifications and just keep the email notifications. The email notifications are sent from a generic domain.
I know it is not perfect, but for a LTD we give you a lot of value :)

This "idea" is just to fullfill the white label offer, otherwise all the branding efforts are missed with the reminder. I agree that the option to Whatsapp Api, even if pricey, is a solution for those who want to take it to a full brand exp.
Btw..Can you provide an estimate of the Whatsapp Api setup? So we can make a budget 😉

Hi, WhatsApp API is 25€ x month plus 200€ of setup (one time payment). We need to connect your API, prepare the templates and setup. I understand there is an issue with the reminders, but we are paying for that and we need to make it count. 😍
