PromauQ: Hi there, I've been using many other widgets installing in each WP website client that I have.
My question is if this works for an agency model. For example, I have several websites using WhatsApp along with WP. Can I create a widget for each one AND can I set permission to they only see their own company back-end? Giving them autonomy to update and change information if needed.
I also couldn't find a detailed feature description. For example, what can I change on the layout? What options to trigger do I have?

- Yes you can create a widget in each Wordpress but we recommend to use the control panel and just install the widget in their website.
- If you install in their Wordpress, they can configure the widget in their own but you will not have visibility about their usage.
- If you install from the control panel you will have control of their widget and if they do not pay you, you can cut the service. We think this method is better.
- You can give them access to view stats, leads, payments and campaigns. But you will need to manage the widget.

One thing that I always wanted and never found in any WA plugin is to be able to show a form if no one is available. It's possible combining multiple plugins and some coding, but I'm wondering if this is possible on yours.
Another feature that I'm looking for is the "round-robin", where it randomly pick someone available but at the same time split the leads equally. Does your code have this intelligence?
