May 15, 2024A: Hi, this is not how our widget works or any other widget. You can not embed WhatsApp Chat in a Website. You can add the widget and you can capture some information, but the chat with whatsapp will happen on WhatsApp. Otherwise, making the user chat in a widget and you reply on WhatsApp will be very price because you will need to use the API.
