You can add content, sitemap or URLs and we will use that data to train the AI agent.
We do not have a BYOK now.

WhatsApp API is only required for some automations. But 99,99% of the users do not use it. So do not worry. With WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business is good.

You can install each widget in a different domain and in each widget you can add different numbers. Each widget is an independent application. Let's say Widget A goes to domain A and with configuration A. Widget B goes to domain B and configuration B. But then you can install Widget B in Domain C. We do not restrict the usage by any means. And you can create unlimited widgets.
