Q: How to use FAQ and agents?

Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions.
Just finished lesson 2 of your Academy section. That academy/tutorial section is really very useful.
Question: what is the best way to insert FAQ? By default when I build an FAQ is takes precedence over the existing forms already designed for an agent. I see the option to put the FAQ after the form, but even that feels a little strange.
I am thinking that maybe you would want to have a widget that contains an agent ( Anny for example) and another agent named FAQ?
Please share you best practices. thank you Cesar!

Jul 25, 2025A: You can do both.
You can have a widget with ONE agent and that agent will have FAQs and a Form.
Or you can have a Form in one agent and then another agent with the FAQs.
I will say:
- If you have a lot of questions and support, I will separate the agents. Make it clear.
- - Sales information here.
- - Support information here.
- But if you want to capture leads and then automate support, or the basic FAQs, just create one agent.
