I just have pre-purchase questions.I want to track and attribute conversions automatically. Not ecommerce ,i want to track customers who have acquired my service. I guess i need to upgrade the visitor profile to customer level after the purchase in a crm .I have watched some of your YouTube videos however they all describe only how to do it manually without cloud api. Can the tracking and Atribution be done with cloud api Plus your widget in combo ? The customers traffic should come from youtube ads and facebook ads, by scanning qr codes on youtube pushed to whatsapp or through landingpage using your widget. Is it possible to directly send the traffic from ads to whatsapp and get the attribution(tracking). Manually you do send info like utm parameter and gclid . How it is done with cloud api and your app.? It would be great if you could make a youtube video about this scenario in your channel.
On meta i have read that it is possible to reply messages with cloud api and not possible with selfhosted api like the ones from providers.Most client want to get a fast answer if they contact over whatsapp. Is there a workaround to send replies with and android app?
