We generate leads and track conversions but we do not manage the conversations.
That is not official from WhatsApp and normally are not stable solutions.
Ok, and how could it be possible? Because the Chat seems to be a whatsapp direct contact way.

We don't do that because is not stable. Connecting your WhatsApp with an inbox is not stable and you may have chats in your phone that are not in your inbox.
