in an automation sequence that I can also send personalised messages in between if they reply to the message - Would this software have this capability or close to it?

May 15, 2024A: Hi, right now WhatsApp API templates do now allow to use voice notes. You can send a video or a file attached, but not as a "voice note" as we know them in WhatsApp. This is a limitation on the WhatsApp API templates. Sending a sequence and having an integration with GHL is something you can do with us. Thank you.
