Q: It's not 100% generic brand
The description says it's a white-label product, but that's not actually the case, for the following reasons:
1. When booking reminders are activated, the message includes the link: "Message sent by Chatwith.io." Of course, this option can be disabled.
2. This seems VERY HARMFUL to those of us who offer this service:
a. When you give your client access to their widget through the white-label login page, the text "recover password" appears at the bottom. Clicking on it displays Chatwith.io again, along with the company's WhatsApp number.
b. When the client finally accesses the widget, they immediately see a yellow message that says "Go Premium," and at a price that, at least in my case, is lower than mine.
c. The profile picture doesn't show the information of the white-label owner.
Can this be resolved in the short term?
Thanks

Feb 20, 2026A: Hi,
1. reminders can be disable.
2. We are fixing the recover password page.
3. That is not correct unless your user is creating a new account.

Hi, issue number 2 is done. Now the recover password is a 100% white label page. Sorry about this.
