Hello, Can we setup the ai agent widget on our website to ask password before it response to specific questions?? For example, we setup if :
questions is general, ai agent will response quickly
questions related to John's detail, ai agent will ask for password {John password} before response.
questions related to Sarah's detail, ai agent will ask for password {Sarah password} before response.
If ask specific about company P&C, ai agent will ask for company password {company password} before response

Dec 22, 2025A: Hi, this is very specific. We can do something about passwords in general to access AI Agents (I think we had another request before similar to this one), but I am not sure if we can do something specific to specific questions.
We will take a look but specific passwords for specific questions maybe is to narrow and we try to do broad solutions for broad markets :)
