Q: Plans for Sales-based Functions?
Hi there,
Are there plans to expand your repertoire of features to include more sales-based functions such as personalized sales funnels, scheduled messaging, drag-and-drop chat management, tagging, and the ability to move and monitor conversations according to their stage?
If there are plans for the above, can we get an indication of when they will be incorporated?

- Personalized sales funnels. Right now you can edit the steps in your funnel, but all are the same for all your widgets. We are planning to do something where you can edit the steps for each widget.
- scheduled messaging. this requires WhastApp API. Not ready yet.
- drag-and-drop chat management. Not sure what this means. Maybe you can add an example?
- tagging. Working on it.
