Q: Ready for gdpr compliance for germany

i don‘t know if this has been asked before. For a long time clients are asking for a Whatsapp solution. But because of the complicated gdpr restrictions with WhatsApp in Germany we never did the step to offer one. Now this topic came up again and i found your solution. May i ask:
1. is your solution really able to manage the gdpr restrictions for Germany or any other European country?
2. can we provide accounts for our clients without violating gdpr or any other restriction? Who is responsible for offering a contract for data processing. You, we as a whitelable?
3. can we assist you for the implementation of the german language?
I hope my questions won’t bother you too much. But as a specialised company in sales automation, we are always under the watch of Lawyers who specialize in issuing warnings for GDPR violations.

Sep 30, 2024A: Hi, we are 100% GDPR compliant. We are a Spanish company, our servers are in Europe (Germany) and we give you all the tools to manage your clients, leads, privacy policy, etc...
But at the end, it is on your end. We as providers are like a hosting company. What you do in your account is up to you.
About German, please share anything you need. We will be happy to improve the german version.

the moment your servers are outside Europe you are not GDPR compliant. Is that simple. Then you need to do other things, but the basic is to have the data in Europe. :)
