Q: Why can't agents be created independantly of widgets?
Hi Cesar,
Premium customer here, still have not started to use the product I still have some questions.
When I delete a widget all the attached agents are deleted as well.
I actually do not understand why agents would not be created independantly, and survice the deleting of the widget they were attributed.
Am I getting anything wrong?
What do you think?

Jul 25, 2025A: Hi Laurent, agents belong to the widget.
Agents are not "assets" created in a library independently. That will make everything a bit more complicated.
Think like:
- A widget is like an App.
- In a widget you create agents.
- Agents will have forms, bookings, Ai Faqs, etc...
- That will generate leads.
- Leads will be store in the CRM.

OK. I would like to have human and ai workers be part of a fleet of workers that I might assign to certain roles as agents. And depending on their performance ( such as the speed to answer request and satisfaction of the user) I would promote them, give them more to do, or demote them.
