This tool doesn't even let me stay logged in

I bought this a while ago and wanted to try to start using it but when I try to log in, nothing happens. I tried a different browser. So when I keep trying to log in, and finally I DO get into the tool, it keeps kicking me out when I actually try to click anything. It's a very broken platform. Due to this, I've never actually really gotten a chance to try the tool. The rating reflects not the capabilities of the tool but more that I am not even sure about them because I haven't been able to get as far as trying them.

No Access No Support

I am surprised to see that this product is still being sold. It hasn't worked for a long time. I haven't been able to access it for many months. Support requests are acknowledged and then ignored.

My problem was that for many months the website wasn’t accessible at all. The emails I sent to the support address were acknowledged, but I received no further response. The last support email was on 3 December.

Today, however, the website is accessible, and my login details still work. Thank you for fixing it.

WordHero is still actively maintained ans updated, and is still being used by thousands of users. When access issues come up, they’re usually tied to account-specific problems (wrong password, wrong email, license redunded, etc.).

Insuficiente

Igual que otros, no lo uso. Lo compré hace una año cuando el editor extendido era un extra.
Mi intención era usarlo para artículos SEO y para Escritura de historias cortas.

Definitivamente para SEO apenas empiezan a colocar algunas funcioens que valen la pena. Pero son muy limitadas en calidad y CHATGPT ya hace cosas mejores.

Para crear historias cortas, no funciona. Las historias son demasiado predecibles, malas en su trama y se pueden hacer mejores cosas con agentes de IA en Opal de Google. En otras ocasiones termino haciendo la historia en NovelCrafter que permite más control y modelos de lenguaje.

Las funciones de WordHero se limitan a lo básico, como pequeñas instrucciones a las que no les puedes colocar muchas opciones o información de contexto. En fin que parecen funciones de los primeros días de ChatGPT.

Esta fue mi primera compra en Appsumo y es una de las que más lamento.

Non-existent support. Don't waste your time.

So we paid extra to upgrade to the Pro+ system 2 weeks ago. However, we have still not been upgraded despite requesting this numerous times. Absolutely unacceptable that they cannot even be bothered to provide support to their customers. We will be be filing a chargeback through our credit card company and reporting to Appsumo. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.

Support does not exist - corrected: yes, it does

I bought three codes and redeemed them. Nevertheless, every time I want to log in, I see the message "Your subscription has ended". I've sent a request for help twice, but I've received no response. Even more, last time (today, i.e. on Friday) I saw another communication: 'Back on Monday'. Therefore, my second question is: What does 'Back on Monday' mean? Am I supposed to wait almost three days just to be able to use a programme that I have already paid for?
Fortunately, with AppSumo's support, the problem was solved quickly, so I didn't have to wait until Monday. I was able to log in without any problems and can now explore its capabilities at my leisure. Thank you.
