Q: 2025 Update: Why is my account not accessible?

Update as of 2025: I had an account that seems to no longer work. Why is this?

The website has a new look/revamp. Were the AppSumo lifetime license members removed from your system? If yes, they were, what happens to the hundreds spent on this platform? If no, how can I regain access to my account?

Q: It seemed that our plans had been downgraded.

I didn't sign up for a professional plan. I signed up for a business plan and now you have changed that name to 'Growth' and put us on the professional plan. Please advise as to why you have downgraded us?
