Hi, MH folks, are your servers overloaded already?

Hi, MH folks, are your servers overloaded already? 1. I have put in one of my Appsumo codes, and so I should see slots for 3 users. But, when I click on "Team" in my Account, the "loading" animation goes on forever. This is when using the Chrome extension on a Win 10 laptop. https://markuphero.com/share/VIgdY6pHcahscIbVsx1H 2. Can you give us some idea of your company's staying power? Basically, is MH already profitable? Is it bootstrapped and do the founders have prior startup successes you can share with us? Thanks.

    Hi there!! Answers below:

    1) please message on intercom so we can look at that issue. Should be an easy fix.

    2) good question. We are bootstrapped and have built the platform to be very inexpensive to run and scale significantly. Also if you check our linked in profiles you’ll see we’ve all done this before with quite a bit of success.

So in short we’re here to stay. We make good money already but even if it were a slow grow from here we can run on cash flow for a long time.

Hi TheLayperson. Well the size is largely due to using Eelectron, which can have a bloated install file. I can't exactly comment on your questions, but if you want to reach out to my partner who runs tech, I'm sure he could answer you. Hit us up on Intercom!

    Jeff and MH team,

The Windows desktop app is about 126 MB download. I did not install it yet because I wondered:
    1. Has it been independently checked for security vulnerabilities. For example, does it contain components or code that could be exploited by other software or bad actors?

    2. What are all the places in Windows, registry etc that the desktop version will install into? If you wanted it be really "clean" to remove or install at will, would you design it to run as a portable app (like John Haller's portableapps.com ?

    Thanks.
