Q: Again - upgrading from Tier 2 to Tier 3 doesn't work!
Hi there,
A few weeks ago, I tried to upgrade Marky from tier 2 to tier 3 to get the white labelling option. And again, the payment doesn't work! I already bought 2 upgrades for other products this morning, which worked without any hassle.
The message shown: "Hmm... something's a bit off... We can't seem to access our servers..."

Seems like Appsumo had an issue earlier but it was rectified already. Can you try upgrading now?

Check your email—you may need to update the initial email address when redeeming the product that's connected to the payment API on Appsumo. This happened to me before, and while you'll need to contact support, it typically takes about 3 days to resolve.
So for the second time, we weren't able to upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3... and after several feedback from AppSumo support team and one or two messages from Marky team - nothing happened. Hopefully, this is not an example for further issues. We are quite disappointed 😒
