Q: I want to log in to Instagram directly.
Why does the system prompt me to log into my Facebook account in order to connect to Instagram? I already have a separate Instagram account that is not associated with my Facebook account. I can't find a direct login option to connect Instagram. Am I missing anything?

For Instagram to be integrated Meta requires that it be linked to a Facebook page. That's why it takes you to the Facebook login screen.
