Q: If we go over our limit with respondents, how is that handled?
Are we willed after the fact? What does it cost per additional reply or bundle of replies?

You have two options to handle it:
1) Just relax. Even if you go over the limit, your quiz will still work. You will be able to see those new "above" contact details next month within a fresh limit
2) Add your Credit Card, so when you go over the limit -> we will charge only for new leads.
P.S. We're discussing the new limits right now. Give us a bit more time to answer your question about the pricing (I mean additional cost in the case above). Hope for your understanding)
