A Great Tool! + a few suggestions
Beautifully executed UX and features. I appreciate that this is a well-developed tool that is gaining new ground expanding into the English language market.
My quiz to segment clients who are looking for a new website build: https://mrqz.me/604c1454e0174100261c42a4 (I'll take you up on the free expert reviews from the founders).
I used the slider for one of the questions. I would like to add the values to the numbers that I set. It could be Pcs, $, etc. That way the range would be easier on the eye. Also, when I get the slider question in the live form, the default are random. Here's how it shows up: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuJPGN6 Could we set the default range? E.g. I set the range to be from 0 to 1000, and also set the default to be 500 - 700. Visually, it would be more appealing.
I love the use-case of adding the quiz link to your IG and engaging followers with a quiz right on the mobile device.
Things I loved so far:
- thank you for letting users create Projects (folders) great for navigating many quizzes.
- the flow of the setup is very well-organized
- Unsplash integration - it helps me get a quiz done and perfected later with branded images
Let's get you to 10 Tacos:
- the max length of the fields is set to 80 characters. I know that you did it to ensure a better view on the mobile. I wish I could still extend it for some types of my quizzes that I would be using for segmentation. They would be a bit more in-depth and would be desktop-only.
- Auto-save ;) you will lose the quiz if you forget to click Save.
- Sub-accounts for the stacked tiers. This would make this perfect for the micro-agencies where we have a few clients. I can see more 5-stacks purchased with this option.
- Please unlock analytics - at least for the stacked tiers.
- Please get a native speaker (I am looking at it from the US perspective) to review the copy of the suggested text. I was able to edit most things for the purposes of my quiz. One place that I could not find an edit section: https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0u91Qj9 Instead, I would like to use something like: "Bonus for completing the quiz." Also, there must be a little hiccup with the image that is getting pulled - the icon for the catalogue is a ru. version, but it shows up correctly as an eng. version in the drop-down in the settings.
In reviewing of the terms of this offer, I noticed a mention of the Standard Plan. I am not seeing it on the sales page. I would like to get clear on the features that are part of the Standard Plan.
I am going for a 3x stack for now and will be watching the discussion and terms to see if I can stack max before the offer ends. This is a beautiful product that has captured the trend of quizzes for leads and segmentation.
Thank you for bringing it to Appsumo!

May 9, 2024Hey, Sumo-ling!
I'm excited to see so many words and a detailed review. Appreciate it so much.
I've just added your suggestion to our backlog. We'll discuss it with the product team to add them to RoadMap and update asap. We'll ask natives to do reviews and fix the copy on Monday.
Basically, we do not have Standard and Pro Plans. All plans have the same features https://www.marquiz.io/features, and the only difference is the limit of leads. Speaking about LTD plans, we included our paid features (disable form, white-labeling) in Tier-3, Tier-4, Tier-5. If you buy Tier-1/Tier-2, you can activate both features for a fee. But it seems we're going to make some updates. Stay in touch!
Well, let's discuss your quiz mrqz.me/604c1454e0174100261c42a4. Great job, well done!
I like how you implemented the Consultant hints, customize Lead Form, and tried the unusual answer type.
A quiz is a marketing tool, so we have to run experiments to increase conversion. I prepared a few ones for you, to test:
1. StartPage – increase the number of people who start to complete your quiz.
Try to add some details in your subheading. Use "Answer for 4 questions to get a free Step-by-Step Guide to run your Project" instead of "This quiz will help you navigate the next steps."
Why? The more clearly the reward is described, the more likely to agree to start doing something.
We increased our conversion on the first step after adding the digit in the text.
+ try to visualize your Bonus/Guide for the same reasons.
2. StartPage – increase the number of people who answered all questions.
I highly recommend starting with the "emoji type" question. If you made a user smiling, you'll get a higher conversion. IDK how to explain it by principles, but I run this trick a lot of times. It's work!
Guess they stop trying to think rationally and make impulsive decisions.
3. Outcome – increase the number of people who leave their contact details.
Quiz outcome is a super powerful step. Show the outcome before the Lead Form. Upload the guide image, add some description about what they'll get after leaving their contact details.
Why? Such "preview" mode in outcomes can engage users more and achieve higher conversion
