I really wanted to use MasterStudy to create a course website but there seems to be too many bugs and does not match the power of something like LearnDash. Choose your LMS wisely. All I see is comments on FB about problems with this platform so decided not to build my website using it. Fingers crossed they get ir right one day.
Security flaw allows malicious user to create a wordpress account with instructor level access
I discovered that my site has around 20 spam advertisements for online casinos. A malicious actor was able to create a user with instructor-level access, which has allowed them to create courses hidden on my WordPress site.
Luckily, I noticed it quickly, but this is a big problem.
Purchased Lifetime Deal but Now License Disappeared
I purchased this app with a lifetime subscription, I liked it though now my license has disappeared and because I don't have access to my license anymore I can't get anyone to help me get it back. There is no customer service number or email. I would not recommend this product.
I'm really happy with the product and the service. It's well documented and the more I read about it the more I discover what great fonctionnalities it offers. I have to say Appsumo & masterstudy teams give great and fast support. Just feel like you are a member of a family!

support tickets do not get answered, quite a few bugs especially with the assignments and quizzes. had the potential to be a good product but lack of support and the bugs kind of makes it unusable in a production environment.
