I really wanted to use MasterStudy to create a course website but there seems to be too many bugs and does not match the power of something like LearnDash. Choose your LMS wisely. All I see is comments on FB about problems with this platform so decided not to build my website using it. Fingers crossed they get ir right one day.

I discovered that my site has around 20 spam advertisements for online casinos. A malicious actor was able to create a user with instructor-level access, which has allowed them to create courses hidden on my WordPress site.

Luckily, I noticed it quickly, but this is a big problem.

Found out today that an update to the website has removed a lot of functionalities, and there is no update from stylemixx about a fix or reversal of the update. WEbsite is now useless to its purpose and my learners cant do any work.

I purchased this app with a lifetime subscription, I liked it though now my license has disappeared and because I don't have access to my license anymore I can't get anyone to help me get it back. There is no customer service number or email. I would not recommend this product.

I'm really happy with the product and the service.
It's well documented and the more I read about it the more I discover what great fonctionnalities it offers.
I have to say Appsumo & masterstudy teams give great and fast support.
Just feel like you are a member of a family!
