I think we really want a tool that gives us the data so we can reach out, not do a video call, just saying this company can do well to focus, very few visitors like the idea of seeing the face of the website owner live calling them when they are surfing the website that would turn me off big time if someone did htat to me.
that said, I like the improvements they are making to the Data and the fact that it doesn't catch everyone, and mostly catches US is fine, imagine the difference between having accurate contact info for some of your visitors vs. none! Huge game changer for anyone knowledgeable about marketing. I am betting on them long term since they were shipping quick and seem responsive to product-market fit
