Q: Hi Spencer, is there any update on when the Gist integration may be live?
I saw it has been in "Under Consideration" for quite some time now. Unfortunately will probably have to refund if there is no deadline for it as it is what we use. Thanks
A: Hey Karate Kid, I am just now seeing this. We are working add to add all the integrations on the list. In the last 30 days we have add Zendesk, Crisp, Dixa, and JivoChat.
We have also spoke with the ChatHQ team and the MyAlice team who are preparing APIs for us.
Unfortunately I can not give you and ETA on Gist and understand if you need to refund. With that said, I promise we will build it....
A: Roye, Median is screen share for only your assets. Meaning screen share will only work where the Median code is installed. So you will not be able to see other sites or the desktop.
A: Yes, if we built a chrome extension then Median would work across all the tabs. The issue is, you would be able to see everything someone is doing on any website without asking for permission (assuming they have the extension installed).
That is a bit too invasive for us at the moment, but we have been thinking about it.

Q: Little confused how this works.
Does the customer have to add this to there website or does it connect automatically during a chat session from my website?

Q: If only it could do this on a tab without the js installed inside the website in that tab!
What about a Chrome extension? Surely this would work for other tabs?????
