What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
We are serial builders at heart. We have worked at, and launched multiple brands and products across different markets over the years.
We’ve experienced the full rollercoaster of entrepreneurship. We have seen the excitement of successful launches, but also the sting of projects that didn’t find product-market fit or scaled too fast.
But we view those 'downs' as our most valuable assets. Those experiences taught us exactly what not to do. They taught us that building cool tech isn't enough. You have to solve a painful, specific problem for real people.
Meet Oscar is the result of that learning curve. It wasn't a random idea. It was born directly from the operational chaos we faced in our previous ventures. We realized we were drowning in emails instead of building our businesses.
We’ve poured every lesson, every win, and every past stumble into this product to ensure we are launching something that is not just 'cool,' but validated, robust, and genuinely useful.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
Necessity. Giovanni (Co-Founder) was drowning in inbox chaos running his previous business. He tried existing AI tools, but they failed because they lacked context, they didn't know his pricing, his contracts, or his specific rules. He built the first version of Meet Oscar to "clone" himself. It saved him so much time that we partnered with Lucas (Lead Developer) to rebuild it for everyone else.
What problem is your product solving and how?
Most professionals waste hours on "email ping-pong." Generic AI replies sound robotic and get facts wrong. Meet Oscar solves this with a Knowledge Foundation. You upload your PDFs, policy docs, and price lists; Oscar learns them and answers emails with high precision and your specific tone. It’s the difference between a text-generator and a true business assistant.

What are your plans with the customers, cash, and learnings from the AppSumo campaign?
We are here for the long haul. The funds will go directly into expanding our development team to accelerate our roadmap (deeper CRM integrations, and more complex agentic workflows). We want to use the learnings from this campaign to shape Meet Oscar into the #1 email productivity tool on the market.
