Loving it You will eventally need a tool like this, why not help a new company and I also love the tags and the easyness of using it. I just wish there could be one detailed video tutorial.

Thank you very much for the review. We truly appreciate it 🙏💪. If you have any questions now or in the future, just reach out at [email protected]. - Ps Video: noted! And in progress ;)
I’ve used maaannyy ai email drafters (not just LTDs) and had only found 1 to be good enough to use - but it cost $20/mth on the lowest tier… at my last job, I got 40-60 emails/day, so it was worth it. (Quality was good after about a week, but I had to upgrade to$49/mth to handle that workload). I’m skeptical about any LTD with Ai (especially since so many monthly laid ones are so bad), but decided I’d give it a shot. Could return it if it was crap.
Its first email draft was good, but not great. So I paid more attention to the training email, and then it was exceptional! Exactly how I would have responded, with proper context.Genuinely how good it is!

Thank you for the great review! Glad to hear Meet Oscar is helping with your day-to-day business. If you ever have any questions, feel free to reach out: [email protected].
Meet Oscar has been a great experience. The support has been fast. They implemented a major feature in just a couple of weeks: Access to all inboxes under one account login! Even though the UI has limited capabilities, the ability to be in one platform to access all emails, have them auto-categorized, and auto-draft email for ones that need them has been great.
Pros âś… As soon as you connect it to your Gmail account, all incoming email automatically get organized and tagged (no setup needed) âś… Trains on your key emails and mimics your voice in email drafts - the quality is excellent âś… Uses context from your inbox to write very specific and accurate emails âś… All 6 of my Gmail accounts are now centralized in one interface with AI assist on the Meet Oscar website âś… Can compose email from web interface (and use AI if you want) âś… UX is simple and refreshing âś… UI is mostly clean and very modern âś… Immediate psychology relief from being able to use labels to review the most important emails whether from Meet Oscar website or in individual inboxes âś… Also works with personal Gmail accounts
Requested Improvements/Features 🤞🏾More influence from the user on how emails are tagged (custom tags) 🤞🏾More training from the user on which emails to auto-draft 🤞🏾Ability to take actions on emails from the Meet Oscar web interface (mark as unread, change/add labels, reply, delete, forward, move to folders - drag and drop would be great) 🤞🏾Draft inbox drawer at the bottom right-hand side of the screen partially blocks email content 🤞🏾Integrate with Google Contacts (or pull from previous emails) when composing emails from website so user doesn't have to copy and paste emails. 🤞🏾Understand needing to have AI generated email limits, but they should be higher - maybe add another tier. At least provide Sumolings with an easy way to purchase the ability to have more AI drafted emails if we reach the limit in any given month. 🤞🏾Agree with HedonistEntrepreneur about integration with Google Signature - especially for users of other AppSumo products like SignatureSync that auto-sync branded signatures across Workspace users
Overall, I highly recommend this for folks looking to make Gmail management less stressful while allowing the ability to scan and reply to all emails.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and detailed review. We really appreciate it!
Great to hear that the multi-inbox access, auto-categorization, and drafting have already reduced friction for you.
On the improvement requests, you’re very much aligned with our roadmap: 1. More user control over tagging and drafting logic is actively being worked on (auto-reply based on...
Strong Email Assistant Once Properly Trained — One Small UX Gap
Overall, OSCAR does a very solid job provided you train it properly.
If you give it:
- Emails that are genuinely representative of your tone and style, and - A sufficient set of supporting documents so it understands what you’re about,
then the output quality improves markedly. Once trained, it produces emails that are consistent, relevant, and usable without any or only very minimal rewriting. In that respect, it performs as well as any AI email assistant I’ve used, including ChatGPT-style workflows. Possibly better and time will be the best judge of that.
So far, I’m happy with the results to give it five tacos.
The one annoyance (and it’s a real one) ....Signature handling is very limited.
You can enter your name, position, and company, but OSCAR simply drops this as plain text at the bottom of the email. It does not:
- Use your existing Gmail / Google Workspace signature, or - Allow you to paste HTML from a signature manager (for example, NewOldStamp, which I also bought on AppSumo).
That means I’m still copying the Oscar output, deleting the draft Oscar created and then pasting the Oscar output into a newly initiated response so that my signature is included. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it is friction that shouldn’t exist in 2025.
I’ve already submitted this as a feature request, so hopefully it’s picked up quickly.
Comparison context: Functionally, this is similar to using ChatGPT or Google Workspace AI for email drafting. The difference is that OSCAR becomes more effective more quickly because you can train it directly with your real emails and documents, rather than relying on prompts alone (ChatGPT) or generating emails from the deep dark murky muddy abyss of an inbox with nearly 20 years of rotting and festering email history to feed off (Workspace GMail AI assistant) ... yep I've been with Google Apps/Suite/Workspace since August 2006)
Bottom line: Strong product. Good results when trained properly. One clear UX gap around email signatures. If that’s addressed, it becomes an easy recommendation.

Wow, thanks for the 5 tacos and the thorough breakdown!
I had a good laugh at your description of the "festering email history" in Google Workspace :). That is exactly the problem we wanted to solve by allowing you to curate what Meet Oscar learns from.
On to the critique: Message received. Since you’ve already submitted the request (thank you!), we are looking into how to implement HTML...
