I'm very excited about this alt Zoom + calendar booking & billing platform. I thought it would solve some issues for me. Still trying to get a few things figured out. It says that it works with Outlook which was a big reason why I bought it. I don't use Google calendar which BookLikeaBoss must have). But alas, it only works with Microsoft Outlook online calendar not my Microsoft exchange server account. So that's useless. Also, I can't believe their only payment processor is Stripe, not Paypal. Stripe is considerably harder to set up and I already use Paypal for ALL my transactions. I don't need Stripe and another place where my money goes and I have to keep track of receiving it. I know that Stripe will be good for bundled packages which I see on their roadmap (that doesn't work well with Paypal) but still it's no good for me now. Lastly, like others, I was surprised that I have to pay monthly to be able to record meetings. Darn. I'm going to stick with it for now and hopefully improvements will be coming that will add more value. I want to love it.
I started Using Meetfox about a week ago. The value-for-money and Sumo-ling reviews had me interested, and demos on YouTube confirmed what the client experience would look like. It's a great platform - quick to set-up, perfectly follows my meeting 'rules', looks neat and is easy for the client to use. For a small business (it's just me), this product is ideal.
Only two cons:
1. I could have read the detail too fast - but I did think the recording feature was included in this price... it's an easy, inexpensive upgrade though.
2. Being a communications queen, I really wish I could carry my colour scheme/logo through to the confirmation/follow-up emails, and also wish I could customise the content of the emails. Just feel this would make it feel like a more on-brand experience.

As i was watching this deal since long, and that time recording feature was included in the deal....! Again when the new deal came (The costlier one) , i wish if Sumo-ling can get recording feature includes in this deal as well, as it was there in last deal.
I am hoping that as a kind gesture from MeetFox during this pandemic, MeetFox will provide Sumo-ling some sigh of relief by providing them with recording feature as well. .
I highly recommend to go for this app with all confidence. You will not be disappointed.

Beware recording is not included
This would be a great deal. But. Recording your meetings a thing that zoom allready does on the free plan cost an extra 10 Dollar/ month.
Its like selling a car without tires.
I can get zoom pro for that. I will check out the calender thing and see if i keep it for that or order a refund.
