All I need is a simple Email to be sent to the attendees of the event 'Automatically', exactly 1 hour prior to the meeting time without any manual effort. Can this be done without any third party tools?
1.a. Can this be set to by default as and when I create a new meetings in the future?
Then when will the remainders be sent to the attendees?
Q: Please explain
I am not a power user, so kindly help me understand on if this can be achieved:
I manually schedule my meetings with potential prospects or maybe using calendal, underlying I am using Google Calendar and GMeet. I want to improve the no shows of my meetings.
1. I want to send a meeting reminders maybe 1day or 1hour prior and also provide a reschedule link via Email & WhatsApp.
Can this be done with your tool natively? What additional 3rd party things I would need to achieve from this?
2. Inorder to send SMS I am from India and my prospects would also be mostly from India, how can I achieve this? (I think there is a SMS tool on LTD here, like Instasent SMS, TextLink)
3. Do you have any tutorials for my use cases above?
Hey there, sure: 1. You can send scheduled reminders but there is no option for rescheduling. I suggest a cal.com or Zcal to do so. 2. We use Twilio for the SMS sending, so India to India is possible. However, you would need to recharge the Twilio account by yourself.
A: You can use the WhatsApp desktop app to send manual reminders, but if you want to schedule them you need WhatsApp for Business (through Twilio). There is a demo video in the website to let you know how to use the addon.
Okay great, if you send me any links to video/ or article where guidance exists that will be great. I’ll try based on this info
Q: Hello. I do not live in USA. The purpose for me to buy your app was to send text reminders from Canada.
I already created a Twilio account, but it seems more complicated than I expected. In the description, it would be helpful to mention that the text messaging feature requires a third-party application at an extra cost. Do you have some advice or basic information to help people outside the US quickly and effectively set up Twilio for your app? Any info you can provide would be appreciated.
A: Hi Stephanie, the pricing page clarifies that SMS and WhatsApp Business are at an additional cost. The Twilio account onboarding defers from country to country, unfortunately I cannot go in depth into every country’s specificities. Hopefully you can research online and find the answer.

Hi there, we cannot ensure the reminder to be sent exactly 1h before, as it depends on the Google settings. This can be set automatically indeed.
Then when will the remainders be sent to the attendees?

In your email remainder template, I can add my zcal calendar link right for the rescheduling?
Yes, but I am not sure the link is always the same for every event.
Q: Whatsapp question
To use WhatsApp reminders, does it only work with a Twilio account? Also, do you have tutorials for using the features?

Q: Is there a way to get this to work with Zoom? lets say i have a meeting scheduled with Zoom for 100 participants?
Can i send them a reminder with one click 5 min before the meeting with the zoom link?

Hi there, yes. If the Zoom meeting is managed by Google Calendar, this is perfectly possible.
