Q: Whatsapp question
To use WhatsApp reminders, does it only work with a Twilio account? Also, do you have tutorials for using the features?

Dec 9, 2024A: You can use the WhatsApp desktop app to send manual reminders, but if you want to schedule them you need WhatsApp for Business (through Twilio). There is a demo video in the website to let you know how to use the addon.
